who is actually good right now or is it all just hype?

i'm so worried about this season, tbh. like, there are so many guys just doing so much, and it's hard to tell who is actually consistent, you know? i keep seeing these big debates and i just get overwhelmed.

like i was reading about Scheffler and this thing about his robot mode and if he'll ever wake up or if it's forever. is he even human anymore lol? because if he's always perfect like that, what are the other guys even supposed to do? it feels like the whole tour is getting too focused on one guy.

and then there's xander. everyone says he's the real deal, but is that true or is it just because he keeps having those massive hot streaks? i keep seeing discussions about whether he's consistently top tier or if it's just a run. idk what to believe.

like, i'm trying to follow the stuff, but all the talk is about these elite guys and i don't get it. are we supposed to be looking at the numbers or the feeling? i'm kinda scared for the smaller tournaments because if these guys are always winning, what happens to the rest of us?

anyone else feel like the focus is too narrow? like, is it just scheffler vs xander right now or is there someone else who is actually doing something interesting? i'm so confused.
