So I grabbed a used Vokey 64.10S off marketplace for $50 last week. Figured it'd be perfect for those tight lies around my home course where my 58 just slides under and I end up blading it. First round with it today, and honestly the flops are landing like they have little parachutes. Opened the face, ball pops straight up and stops dead. Tap-in par on the first hole I used it. Felt like a cheat code.

But then I got cocky. Chunked a chip on 3, bladed one across the green on 7 (almost hit a squirrel), and generally started overthinking every shot. The good ones are stupid good though. I've never been able to hit a flop that soft. But now I'm worried it's making me lazy with my technique. Instead of learning to use the bounce on my 58, I'm just grabbing the 64 and praying.

I'm a 12 handicap, decent short game but always struggled with tight lies. Anyone else bag a 64? Do you use it for full shots or just around the green? And how the hell do you avoid the chunk? I'm tempted to take it out of the bag but the good shots are addictive.
