I know I posted before about the sand hell, but tbh the heat is the real killer out here in Phoenix. It's just insane. I finally got out to the course yesterday and even though I was careful, my swing felt totally sluggish. Like, everything felt heavy, and my shots weren't even close to where they should be going.
I'm trying to figure out if this is just me being weak or if there's actual science to it, but it feels like the temperature is messing with my entire swing. Maybe the grips get weird, or maybe I'm just dehydrated or something?
Has anyone figured out a trick for this? Do you guys switch clubs or shafts when it hits 110 degrees? Any advice would be awesome, I just want to start playing better.
